Southern New England Conference (SNEC) Hispanic Ministries organized a Valentine’s Day couples retreat, Seguro Amor (Safe Love), held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island, on February 14-16, 2025.
Over seventy couples attended this special event designed for “healing wounds and connecting deeply.” Presenters were Efrain Duany, a marriage and family therapist, Zoraida de Duany, a mental health counselor, and Esther Crisóstomo, a specialist and international speaker on human development and healthy intimate relationships.
Couples also enjoyed music by vocalist Benjamin Cruz throughout the weekend and celebrated with a 1920s night in Paris banquet.
